"Dennis Bost is good at selling you a quote, but unfortunately, the goodness ends there. If you have an actual claim or problem with your policy, do not expect any help, communication, or even a dose of sympathy from his team. I was impacted by the tornado that hit Little Rock in 2023. When I ran into hiccups with the general State Farm claim handlers, I called Bost's office seeking assistance. They were unhelpful, uninterested and simply offered to "give me the phone number to call for assistance," which was, of course, the 1-800 number. Because apparently it's too much work to be a good neighbor. The worst offense, however, was that my policy was suddenly dropped without my knowledge. I was never called, emailed, or texted before this happened. Instead, I received an auto-generated text message TWO DAYS after the policy had been dropped, telling me that I no longer had coverage on my home. When I called, Nico answered the phone and said he would speak to an underwriter right away and get back to me. I have not heard back. At best, Dennis Bost and his team are inept. At worst, they simply do not care. Do yourself a favor and get a different agent."
