"Refused to fix our roof, lied about amount of damage that occurred when our policy was active, despite all the pictures and roofing company’s expert opinion. Don’t trust them with your money, they will deny you."

Last month, April 2025, we received a claim dated June 2023. After reviewing the claim details, including the inspection report and photos, it was determined that there was no storm-related damage to the roof at the time of the reported incident.
